The centerpiece of this estate is a tastefully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence, thoughtfully designed to showcase the breathtaking vistas from every room—including the bathrooms and laundry. The open-concept living and dining spaces flow effortlessly into the chef’s kitchen, while a cozy stone fireplace anchors the spacious living room. A hidden “secret bookshelf” door opens to a versatile library/music/entertainment room, perfect for quiet reflection or lively gatherings.
